Preparing For Your Stay

To get the most benefit from your retreat, one of the best things you can do in preparation is to let yourself get excited about how great you are going to feel at the end of the retreat.

Start to see yourself lighter, brighter, recharged and smiling ear-to-ear.  You are going to feel really good.

If this is the first time you’ve tried a detox before, then you might want to give your body a helping hand this week to reduce any detox symptoms.  We would recommend you cut down on caffeine, sugar, alcohol, dairy, red meat and processed foods/drinks so that your body has a more gradual transition into juicing.  Please be kind to your body – there may be a temptation to eat more than normal to “stock up” for the week, but this would actually make things more difficult for you.  A detox programme like this is the best gift you could be giving your body, so the more preparation and kindness you show yourself before you arrive, the more incredible the results and the experience will be.
